WELSH Doreen Patricia The family of the late Doreen Patricia Welsh would like to offer our thanks to the many people who showed kindness and support during her illness and in the time since she left us on 9th December 2019. For the professional and well organized medical care she received we would like to thank the Consultants, Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Southampton General Hospital, the Doctors and Staff at Pepys Avenue, Thornhill Surgery, Southampton Urgent Response Team, the District Nurses, and all the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Eastwood District Nursing Team at Bitterne Health Centre. For their efficient, dignified and extremely sensitive approach to every request, we are very grateful to all the staff at Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors, Peartree Avenue, Southampton and to Mr. David Adcock.
