EVANS Patricia Louise Of Lakewood Road, Chandlers Ford, died peacefully in Southampton General Hospital on 12th January 2020 aged 84 years. Darling Wife of David, devoted Mum of Jackie, Phillip and Frances, and special Mother-in-law of Richard, Nick and Debbie, and a loving Grandmother of Dominic, Drew, Lauren and Jay. Donations if desired to either Dementia UK or Wessex Heartbeat via our website or by cheque.
