ZAMMIT Patricia (Pat) After a rapid decline in health, Pat died peacefully in home on November 1st 2019, aged 86 years. Together again with her dearest mate and husband, Frank. Loving mum of Maria & Eric, Linda & Gez, Andrew & Karen and John (deceased). Treasured Nan of Philip & Claire, Michael & Stacey, Christopher & Claire, Martin & Fiona and Bethany. Much loved Great Nanny Pat of Milo, Henry, Flynn, Mya and Evie Patricia. At peace. Pat did not want a formal 'wake' but immediate family will be going to the White Swan pub at Mansbridge to raise a glass to her after the funeral. People are welcome to join us there.
