STREET Jeanne Constance (née Hansford) Aged 88 Passed away peacefully on 30th June 2019 at St Anne's Nursing Home. Dearest Mum of Pauline and Stephen. Treasured memories of a wonderful Mum we loved so much. No more suffering, we know you will be smiling now as you are reunited with Dad. A much loved Nanny to Nicola, Claudia and Toby and great grandchildren Sophia and Sebby. You will be sadly missed by us all. Goodnight, God bless.
