EVANS David Ewart Born 2.12.1931 in Tewkesbury. Former teacher at Moorhill School, Deputy Head/Headmaster at Hampton Park School. Teacher at Itchen College. Author of many books. Passed away peacefully on the 3rd October 2018 of Dementia and a broken heart. Will be sadly missed by Alyson, Penny, Andrew and families, plus long term family friend Geoff. The funeral service will be held Thursday 18th October 2018 at 4:00pm Wessex Vale Crematorium Bubb Lane West End Family flowers only. Mr EVANS was a kind and dedicated teacher who taught me at Moorhill School in the 70’s. I am saddened to hear of your passing. Your encouragement has always stayed with me and as a child, it helped me overcome a traumatic home life. Thank you .... you were a shining light in the darkest of times. God bless you. Mr Evans taught me at Moorhill School during the 1970s. He was one of the best teachers I had, and am sorry to hear that he has passed away.
