SHERMAN Carole Stephanie (née Chatfield) Passed away peacefully on 28th July 2018. Dearly loved wife of John, Mum to Emma and Kate and Grandmother to Lars and Grace. In our hearts you will always stay, loved and remembered every day. Funeral to be held at Wessex Vale Crematorium on Monday 20th August at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please.
